What

Research recurring principles across Bitcoin Cash history and current practice, consult a broad set of stakeholders, publish a draft for comment, and release a clearly attributed manifesto with its sources and revision history.

Suggested team

An editor-researcher supported by open stakeholder consultation. BCH-1 will publish it as an attributed position document, not as protocol consensus or a claim to speak for every BCH participant.

Why BCH needs it

Newcomers and outside institutions need a clear account of the practical values and ambitions that motivate Bitcoin Cash, while disagreements and consensus boundaries must remain visible.
