Support CashTokens in Trezor's BlockBook indexer

Hey everyone, Mathieu Geukens suggested to look into BlockBook for BCH CashTokens integration. BlockBook is an indexer software developed by Trezor, a blockchain company which created the Trezor hardware wallet. It is also used by other platforms such as Edge Wallet, Trust Wallet and Exodus wallet, which all can benefit from our contribution.BlockBook is a multicoin indexer written in Go programming language. It already does support BCH as a native currency, so we are not building from scratch. It also does support tokens on other blockchains such as Ethereum, both fungible and nonfungible, which share many properties with CashTokens. CashTokens, however, have their distinct properties and special metadata handling - BCMR spec - which needs to be implemented in the core software. Also BlockBook fetches the pricing data from external sources, and we are going to support fetching CashTokens prices from Cauldron DEX.Here is the breakdown of action items we are going to assess and their costs:* Research the codebase and database structure, build and test systems, identify the relevant points to support CashTokens - 10 BCH* Support indexing CashTokens - 35 BCH* Support the BCMR spec for off-chain token metadata lookups from ipfs, websites, DSN-resolved registries, token pricing - 20 BCH* Quality assurance and support for any bugs found in software - 5 BCH* Indexer server hosting and support - 5 BCH (2.5 BCH per year for 2 years)* Fundme fee - 1 BCHWe aim to raise 76 BCH for this work.
